My new Audi Q5 3.2 Quattro S-tronic

I am thinking about removing the Q5 and 3.2 Quattro badges. I've always done it on all the 6 Audis I've had. But here I've kept it, since it's the top-of-the-line engine, and nice thing to show off ;) But now people know that it's a fast one with all the mods I've made. But I'm still not sure... Keep them, or remove them?

What do you guys think?

Any anwer is good answer :) It's a forum where people are open for any discussion and taste :)
Well, then, I like understatement. I would either keep my low end badge or if it weren't a low end engine, I would debadge it.

On the other hand, I never found myself driving something that's top-of-the-range, and on top of that, I have no idea how "much" is a 3.2V6 Audi in Doha. I mean, it would be maybe "too much" if everyone around you was driving 1.3l cheap korean cars, and it would be a totally different thing if you were surrounded by 6l V8 american SUVs and limos.

Well, the 3.2 Quattro and the 2.0T Quattro are the only two engines of the Q5 sold in Doha. Now that the new one comes, it will be 2.0T/3.0T. So basicly I just want to be different. Maybe I will keep only the Q5, or only the Q5 and Quattro... hmmmmm

I'd keep 'm. Looks a little empty without them.
Are you sure? ;)

This is my A4.
But it's a totally different story with the A4. It's more tuned, and it takes a car-person do see it's not an S4, and still you dont know what it is :)

But the Q5 is different... I'm still torn. Looks nice with them, but also elegant without them.

Yes :)
The lack of badges looks good on the A4, but the 'clean space' on the Q5 without badges just seems to large.
And whatever you do, don't take the '3.2' away from the quattro badge.
Ha! And I was just getting warm to the idea, as a compromise to both :D

Do as you like it, not as others like. Because I personally debage everything. Wish I could debadge the "apple" from Apple products. :ROFLMAO:

The resonated downpipes have just arrived, and it's time to lift the car up tomorrow and get to work :)

Finally the resonated downpipes from AWE Tuning in USA, are installed. As an addition to the already installed handmade non-resonated exhaust system, the car gets even more power, and there is less drone inside the cabin.

I have taken some pictures how everything looks under the car:

And also, now debadged and clean. Just how I like it.

As usual, comments from the GCF fellas, are welcomed :)

My new order :)

USP Motorsports presents | Audi 3.0T/3.2L Intake System w/ Heat Shield

After a lengthy R&D process USP Motorsports is pleased to announce our complete Intake System with heat shield for the Audi B8 platform. Our system is constructed completely out of aluminum. Don’t be fooled by other intakes on the market which are constructed out of mild steel. Aluminum is not only lighter than mild steel but offers superior heat dissipation which results in a cooler intake air temperature.

The factory intake system runs a 3" diameter pipe. The USP Motorsports system features a 3" to 3.5" to 4" piping design which is proven to increase air flow through a venturi effect.*Air enters through the 4” diameter filter and increases exponentially in velocity as the piping transitions from 4” to 3.5” and finally to 3”, entering the throttle body. The system also includes an aluminum heat shield to protect intake air from engine bay heat. As a result your engine receives lower intake air temperatures.

Product Features:
All aluminum construction
4" Filter - 4" to 3 1/2" to 3" pipe for maximum air flow
Heat Shield to protect intake air from engine heat
Factory piping only reaches a maximum of 3"
Powder Coated texturized black for an OEM look
Made in the USA
Limited Lifetime Warranty (excluding filter)

With the already installed AWE Exhaust, plus the ECU Chip from ATP Dubai (that I'm doing in 2 weeks) and this, I will reach aprox 330hp.
