Shining Star
Chicane Challenger
It's comming early. Sharing a platform with a Jeep, which comes into production in 2010.
I think it's reasonable to expect the ML as early as Detroit 2011...or maybe IAA 2011...

"The all-new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee is built on a proven rear-wheel-drive unibody platform sharing the same underpinnings as the Mercedes-Benz ML."
As far as I know there is no RWD ML out there let alone a proven one. Anyways there was an interview quote out there floating around with Ralph Gilles saying it was a joint venture between the two seperated companies but in no way related to the current or future ML. I think I would take his opinion more than some dude who takes information puts a little spin to it then regurgitates into some kind of press release.
We had a RWD ML350 and R350 for the 2008 and 2009 model years, they've been discontinued for 2010.

I knew about the RWD R350, but ML350?
Yea, I think it was only the R that got RWD.

It says ML but not if it's the current W164 or the upcoming ML...
I'm pretty sure they're taking about w164, same thing with Crossfire which used old r170 platform
That's a really nice interior. All we need is standard equipment.
I keep seeing facelifted ML's and GL's with LED tailights and wonder why can't MB of all car makers can't make them standard?
