Hot! Mercedes-Benz, What's Next?

lol

Better to put 'us fans' in brackets, since you're not one of them. And quite frankly I wouldn't even expect a die hard MB fan to understand. You guys tend to be pretty narrow minded for the most part.

Good times. The fanboy wars are properly heating up again.

lol again.

Sorry if I find Audi's concept 10 times more appealing than the latest whorehouse cinema.
Mercedes is top to bottom run by literal clowns. Ola even sounds like a clown name.

I didn't even mention MB in my comments.

I simply pointed out the hypocrisy of much of the BMW fanbase on this forum in a discussion about BMW interior design.

The fact that you reverted to nonsense, instead of the topic at hand, BMW interior design, seems to suggest you have no valid rebuttals.

If my intention was to troll, I would have used a BMW thread to discuss.

No, but you don't have to in every sentence you make.

Exactly why I don't want to start about BMW here. I just try to troll about MB. Not to mention I see absolutely zero points in discussing BMW interior design with blind people :)

LOL ! I personally prefer that of the G60. I'm afraid that I am not at all a fan of M-B's illuminated "radiator" shield. Too blatantly "seeking the future in the rearview mirror" to me, I guess. Not at all a tastefully nuanced subtle reflection, but simply far too "in your face" and contrived.

I don't think the G60 is a nuanced subtle reflection, either.

...a particularly ugly car compared to previous 5 series generations.

My initial thoughts when the G60 was first presented.

Yet since, the car has really grown on me. And cars that tend to "grow on you" can often indicate enduring design. Far more so than cars that are immediately perceived as "pretty" or "beautiful". I'm seeing more and more of these G60/61s in my region. Which surprises me as our economy is really in the dumps.

I fundamentally disagree with this.
There are cars that I thought were beautiful the moment I saw them, and they remain beautiful forever. I don't think anyone can look at the 300SL or Pagoda SL or the original 635i or Aston Martin DB9 or the Ferrari 458 Italia and so on, and argue that they were an "acquired taste" that they thought were ugly in the first instance. But all of these cars are enduringly beautiful.

Polarising cars can become better appreciated later, certainly. But I don't think the G60 is that. But of course that's my opinion. The G61 carries the bulk a lot better.
