Just need to do what they did with Tesla, and demand that if they want to sell their EVs to us, they need to use local parts suppliers exclusively. That way we get their expertise in-house.

Chinese cars are popular because they don't charge 1000 euros for a 2 cent motor in the seat. Incredible greed is the main reason, in my opinion.
