What an awesome experience, holy crap!
CLE series on June 6th and new AMG GT in July (Normaly first half).8 new models were introduced at the dealer presentation held in the USA. These include the new E-Class, the CLE series or the new AMG GT and the 4-cylinder SL (now as the SL 43 AMG, also coming to the USA).
However, there were also models that had not yet been introduced in Europe.
New CLA on the MMA platform (market premiere at the end of 2024). According to the information received from the US dealers who can attend the event, it should be approximately 640 km. Must have Input-LFP battery. CTO Markus Schäfer has already announced a new battery with high energy content for the 850 km CLA.
Not long now!The CLE is the one for me. Can’t wait.

i hope so,rivarly is goodjune. it will be a design lesson for bmw
485km for the GLC is indeed low. I hope that's just for the most basic trim and that it's running on the 900 volt architecture slated for MB.EA. The fast charging would help compensate for the low-ish range.
490 km seems fine to me, if it actually makes that figure in real life conditions. The GLC still is an ICE car so I doubt there’ll be electric version with much more range.
What do you think - are they going to increase the total capacity of the battery, keeping the same size, with the new higher density cells or they will keep the capacity and reduce the size of the battery and the number of cells? My bet is for the later.Well don't forget Mercedes has new energy dense batteries coming, starting with the electric G-wagen. They may equip those on the GLC electric in higher trim versions.

And probably lower manufacturing cost, which in its turn, dosn't automatically mean a lower price for the car.You make a good point. The latter would be "fine" from a range perspective and allow for a lighter curb weight which Mercedes desperately needs.
Loving this journey for you. You’re a Benz fan now. We can start sh!tposting in the BMW forums. Not exactly next….. but I just had a ride in this mean machine:
