I really miss roasting the clueless Lexus fans on Edmunds. They're so ignorant about other brands it isn't even funny, not to mention they don't know squat about Lexus beyond what their salesmen/brochures and consumer reports tells them. When it comes to cars they're really a sad lot of people, but we have to remember they're not car enthusiasts. They're only Lexus fans and more imporantly buyers.

Naturally there exists a bias on any forum. We love German cars here, that's no secret, but I like to think that we as a whole are more objective and less biased.

Over there on CL the hating is rampant. I am especially sick of reading these stupid myths about how Lexus interiors are untouchable (overrated is a better word) and how German cars "will eventually break down".

Ok, time to bring in the big guns.

The door drivers door handle looks like it was ripped off from an Alfa Romeo 159. In fact the side door profiles remind me of the Alfa Romeo 156.

The rear door handles, where are they? See the Alfa Romeo 156 for the answer.


The rear looks very sharp though. Dynamic, sporty and totally un-Lexus, but it looks nice from that aspect.

Thanks for the explanation klier, but I saw those two little things. Problem is that they look like the hinges (?) or the bases for the real mirrors, and now that I noticed it, I forgot the smiley
