No the Lexus Sport Concept (SC) is not the same as the upcoming Toyota GR GT (Lexus LFR?)

This is supposed to be a sports car replacing the RC and LC as one model, atleast according to rumours from BestCar months before this concept was revealed

Looks like the LFR GT3 was spied for the first time testing at Fuji.

Based on the Toyota GR GT3 Concept, which was later rebranded to Lexus GT3 Concept for internal dealer meetings.

Production model expected to be powered by LC-F's TTV8 plus hybrid system.

Details are still a little sparse, but we know that the GR GT will be unveiled on December 5th and that the price and release date will be announced in January 2026 at Tokyo Auto Salon. More information about the Lexus will be available after the Toyota unveiling.
