I have also heard some info from a bmw insider. BMW only has talk about efficient dynamics. Also the introduction of the GTS is kept relativity silent. Some info on M-power forum some youtube movies etc. BMW will not concentrate on that. The brand bmw will only concentrate on low emission. Cars as the GTS are the last of the mohicans bmw headquarters rather don t see a bmw logo on such cars anymore. We need to accept it. BMW will have nice daily drivers in the future with lots of efficient dynamics. But bmw will not tick the emotion box anymore like it did in the early days.

We made a big noise about the M3 GTS in November and we will make a bigger noise when the drives begin later this month.
Next year we will be making noise in our two M products for 2011. I wont name names but there will be an update on one of them in a few days.

You have owned the 135i and M3 CSL right?

The BMW 1 Series Coupé and Convertible must be called BMW 2 Series, just like the BMW 6 Series and 8 Series. The BMW 3 Series Coupé and Convertible must be called BMW 4 Series.

I prefer the organic approach to the acquisition approach.

Yes scott i have owned a 135i and a CSL

The 135i was the worst buy i have ever done at bmw sold the car after a few months i could not stand the throttle lag it had compared to ///M high rev engines but i liked the 1 coupe size very much. And the CSL was one the best buys i ever did. The e90 M3 i drove for a year. It s a nice daily but the car was a bit to big and heavy for my liking as a fun car.

I am sure you would be happy with a Z4 M Coupé with S65 engine. As Coupé it would lose at least to 150 kg. As CSL an other 50 kg or more.

Klier a big plus is always you can switch to other manufactures. So if one car maker does not make the car you wish for you can switch easily. It think i have a smile on my face when my new one arrives in july.

What's the problem Klier? Andre has mentioned three BMW's. One he hated (and he justified his reasons). One he loved. And the other he liked but it wasn't quite right. People are allowed to not like some BMW products you know.

I think I will have have smile too, if you stop saying the same thing over and over again when you get the Lotus Elise, Ferrari Enzo, GT3 RS or whatever lightweight RWD NA monster you choose There will be no need to bitch about BMW anymore then.
