Spectre [Hot!] Rolls-Royce 'Spectre' EV

The Rolls-Royce Spectre is a full-sized luxury electric grand tourer manufactured by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The first deliveries of the car were made in the last quarter of 2023. It is Rolls-Royce's first electric vehicle (EV) and rides on the same platform as the Phantom and Cullinan.
Highly Doubtful.
Yeah very unlikely. If this car was introduced as a V12 first, then an EV coming out of it would be almost a sure thing. The reverse hasn't really happened in the car world yet b/c it goes against the trend of what the growing regulations dictate

Something very Nautical about Rolls-Royce Coupe’s and Dropheads.

The cabin experience is so serene that I would go for a drive in just to decompress and escape the world.

RR should make a carvan version of it for sleeping in.

One of the best cars ever made. It's ironic that the old iDrive sustem and small screen are now a blessing. Physical switch gear, shortcut buttons and without a huge distrcting touch screen.

You don't realise how basic the layout as there isn't even a small screen for the AC. It's like a reskinned version of the 15 year old 1-series dashboard. I love it!

I'd wish Mercedes-Benz would make an interior like this, or even 80% of it, in terms of visible and haptical quality for the S class. I'd even pay up to € 15.000 extra for it. Much rather for that, than for all that connectability and driver assist extra's.

What's the fit and finish like in a GLS or S-Class Maybach?

I haven't got a clue, Luw.
The last time I sat in a S class Maybach is ages ago (the X222 and it must have been 2014-2015). What I remember is, that the interior was huge, more leather et cetera but not neccessary better executed than my 2014 W222 at that time.

When I see a video of the X223 Maybach, I see the same screens, switches, the same black plastic operation unit in the doors et cetera. If you order a Maybach now, you get nappa leather as standard. I'd be very surprised if this leather differs from the nappa leather I've got in my normal W223.

If you ask me, not scientifically checked of course, but the interior of a RR and that of a S Class with or without Maybach added, are miles apart, in almost every way.
