Happy for Mat, solid spec if slightly boring.
He is blessed by the automotive gods. It's extremely unlikely for anyone to buy a GT3RS in the first model year unless they have a 5-10 yewr relationship of buying countless new Porsches from their local dealer.

Matt like many automotive journalists don't earn high enough wages go afford some of the cars that they drive. It's likely that Matt choose interest only financing in order to bring monthly payments down to £1,900.

It will be a blessing and a curse to have a car that's worth as much as his house. Flipping it would burn bridges with Porsche.

I'd think he's a multimillionaire.

I'll give it a watch, at somepoint. But he's got other business interests, too.

I have watched it and many of this videos.

He's a humble guy. The way he is filming the unwrapping of the car tells you that owning the car is beyond his wildest dream.

Not many people can say that they have jumped from a used 996 straight to the front of the queue of the GT3RS with no other Porsche in the middle. He deserves it. Having driven lots of awesome cars his face lit up differently when he drove the gt3rs. You could tell that it is the cinderella for him.

I knew Manthey wouldn't just leave the aero untouched :D
Check out those vanes on the roof - insane! The diffuser is nearly the size of the 911 R unit. They've added one more element to the rear wing and it looks like they're reusing the stock uprights and DRS mechanism.
The shark fin tho, is one step too far, at least for my tastes.
