NSX Honda/Acura NSX Picture Thread

The Honda NSX, marketed in North America as the Acura NSX, is a two-seater, rear mid-engined, rear-wheel drive sports car manufactured by Honda. The origins of the NSX trace back to 1984, with the HP-X (Honda Pininfarina eXperimental) concept, for a 3.0 L (180 cu in) V6 rear mid-engine, rear-wheel drive sports car. Honda, with the intention of meeting or exceeding the performance of the then V8 engine Ferrari range, committed to the project, aiming at both reliability and a lower price. The concept evolved and had its name changed to NS-X, which stood for "New", "Sportscar" "eXperimental", although the production model launched as the NSX.

hey! you're welcome ;)

here is some shots of the HSC...rumored to be the successor of this legend...

Yeah i remember when the HSC was shown to the public, i seriously hope Honda keeps that design for the new NSX.

Thanks for the pic!

Like the noble Horseshoe Crab, the NSX is a living fossil. I wish they'd hurry the hell up and release the HSC.

That's true, the design, engine power and styling hardly changed over 15 years. Sure it never had huge sales or 911 beating power, but it was one hell of a track car. It lacked the power, but had little weight and that made it perfect for the Nurburgring and the Hockenheim where it achieves better than average lap times.

^^ Yes it most certaintly does. Not a fan of those after market mods but thanks :usa7uh:

I don't care what people think about the NSX - I love it.

^^Damn, I love the NSX. I'll probably own one of these some day. I see some going for around 20K out here, I might pick one up in a few years if I don't end up getting an M3 or something.
