Well, your combination of prerequisites is so unrealistic, I thought to inject some reality back into this pipe dream.
You’re a father now and you have the financial means for a great family car that you’ll enjoy when the family’s with you or not.
Open top cars are compromised in my experience.

100% agree. Real 4 seater open top cars have such a "soft structure" (almost no chassis rigidity), that they lack any precision and therefore are of no fun on alp passes or trackdays! The more so, if you are looking for N/A cars (= older cars). They miss any rigidity.

It is indeed a completely unrealistic proposition. But then again, it's LaArtist so this was to be expected.

Gotcha. If you have a private garage, put a lift and stack the cars. What I do with a single car garage.

A targa does the trick tbh, but the 991.1 is to old now in the wrong way. .2 targa gts with after market exhaust is as close as I will get.

Also I’m not really going nuts on the track and most of you can’t feel that a car is more or less rigid, I’ve driven the GT4 and the Spyder. I can’t feel any difference.

Sometimes the forum communities act like everyone is a on a junior contract with a F1 team. Reality is that most of us have grey hair and knee problems.

As far as the kids part go, I’m not looking for a family car , but I want the flexibility to bring them along now and then.
That’s not asking for a family car .

Back seats might be too small though.

Hi guys. Let’s use your knowledge in trying to figure out what car I should buy.
I just said no to 2 Spyder RS allocations one in Italy and one is Sweden.

Was my dream car, but the kids are growing up fast and they want to come along so I feel selfish driving a 2 seater.

So these are the criteria’s:
Any model year even classics
N/A
Manual (might accept AT, but then it needs to hit all other marks)
Cabrio or Targa
Usage: alp passes and cruising, occasional track day.
Price: Just try to keep it below a Zonda Cinque Roadster please.

All suggestions are welcome.

You need to just buy a 911 of some sort mate, if you haven't already. One that hits the sweet spot for you.

He's doing good in life, he's moved to a warmer client like pensioners move to Florida and he's got a two car garage. He needs to stop whining, rent another parking space and get a proper car, not an MB S63 with a chopped off roof.
