I think the one posted is the memorial bridge. I can see the construction they are working on for 23rd street.

The Wilson Bridge is an amazing work of art as well. Especially from the National Harbor. I'm up there all the time.

^ So am I :) I love it there. Had to crop this guy out of the pic HOH ... maybe it was you? :D

Bye bye Bentley!! Hope you had a great time with it and that you will be able to purchase a 2010 Bentley Arnage T model one time!!! Many many thanks for your short reports about this fantastic, classy, wonderful car!

Hey guys, I'm doing much better now, eyesight is almost 100% so I am able to drive again. This has been the longest time I've gone without driving since high school, plenty of years ago. It was an aneurysm that 'spit' some blood into my head. Most painful thing ever, a minute later I could not move my neck due to so much pain and stiffness which I later found out was the result of the blood dripping. Ouch! I was never unconscious but I barely remember the first 3 or so days after that night. Anyway, kinda lucky my bro is a Neuro and guided me well thru this ordeal.

Feel free to ask any ?s and I'll try and answer.

Speaking of my bro, I put in a low but reasonable bid on an S63 and the dealer just called me back with the OK. I'm not confident enough to 'abuse' it yet but I took it out for a few fun miles. I may just have it delivered directly from the dealership so no fun pix with my car @ home. Maybe summertime. Pix soon ...

How weired, just after reading your story I read this story on CNN about this husband/doc who had to do an emergency surgery on his wife at home with out any drugs after an aneurysm ruptured in her brain. Before that I didn't even know such a thing existed.

Anyway glad both cases had a happy ending. Good luck with the rest of your recovery. :t-cheers:

ALWAYS a pleasure to see a British ultra-luxury saloon! I would love to hear how she drives and all about the suspension comfort:bowdown:

Yeah guys, one day you are hanging out doing regular stuff, and the next thing you know ... After all that, when It was safe enough for me to come home after a month in the ICU, the biggest issue I had – and there were a few – was double vision. One of my eyes could only move halfway and both were not calibrated so I could see perfectly out of both eyes at the same time, watching 2 of the same TVs at a time. Imagine that, it was even scarier in a moving vehicle cos the lanes appear cris-crossed. I had an eye patch for a while

Here's the S63 @ dlr.

^Looks like the Briggs Chaney(sp?) Silver Spring Location. I haven't been up that way in a while.

Is this the one your thinking about getting?

Wow Gboy, so glad to hear you okay. Don't mean to scare but I a close friend of mine died cos of an aneurysm.

I know, according to sources 15 percent or so die on their way to the hospital.

Yep, put a down payment on it for my bro to pick up. They have an SLS there BTW, and they moved to a brand new shop on the main road.

Cool

Looks like a fun car.

However you can tell (sort of) the age of the owner, by the wheels. For my taste they are too Gangsta for the car, not fitting for a noble car like that....
