Guess who's coming to dinner :)

It definitely drives more like an SUV. Today would have been direct side-by-side testing day BUT snnnooooowwwww....

Where exactly you're located? Your area looks familiar to me. We already got over 2 feet of snow in Fairfax county & it's still falling! :(

Wow what a car...and look at the snow.................Glad I moved to the Dallas area, no more Chicago area winters. Even though we don't get snow like that anymore, damn!!

Wow when did you move?

I will be going through Dallas next week, at about 70+ mph.
Going from GA to LV then maybe to WA.

I miss the snow. I would have LOVED a storm like that when I was in CT, and I would have yelled at the snow plows when they got to work

Gboy, you should be really glad to have the Range - especially at this weather! Would love to drive a 4-wheel-drive car in snow. Must be fantastic to have loads of grip. Nevertheless sad not to see Arnage… :D

That thing is amazing in the snow ... I was in the thick of it :t-drive:

Holy…that's massive snow…the Range Rover is still my favourite SUV and next to the Arnage my favourite car - especially since the last MYs… …so you are driving two cars of my dream garage!!

Yep....we got up to 24 inches in some areas. I've seen Mercedes-Benzes and BMWs slide all over the road screaming for help. This is when 4matic/AWD/ 4 Wheel Drive is an absolute beast. RWD is doing absolutely nothing around here.

Metro buses have even shut down along with train stations that are above ground. Times like this I'm glad I have a truck.

RWD with a proper LSD gets the work done :D Even the little MINI manages, much thanks to the LSD. 4WD would, of course, have been even better.

You have quite optimistic bus drivers, here, they park the buses gets parked as soon as there is the first sight of snow... well, in Stockholm, that is, in the rest of the country it works fine.

I'm actually on the Maryland side, a few minutes from DC.

Last month, right before Thanksgiving. Nice near 70 degree weather most days.

So I have to get a Bentley to get another CLK Cabrio for a loaner....hmmm...

Amazing car, I've always wanted to drive an old-school Bentley to see how it feels.

It drives just like it looks. Solid, smooth, responsive and powerful. I mean this baby reminds me of the S600 as far as power and response BUT I really want to drive the CGT now cos I'll take the S65 over this any day. There is no joy or pleasure from driving this Bentley, but I'm sure that's just what they meant it to do.
Other things I need to get used to are the passenger rearview mirrors which makes objects appear closer than they are ... damn! ... annoying ... and the stereo sucks :( It also feels really heavy and makes you wonder if it'll stop quickly enough.
Sad to say, the difference between this and the S550 is the impression you get imagining driving a hammer and a mini.
BUT damn, what a head turner. The S-class and SL turn heads from admirers all over, this Bentley however commands awe and fear of sorts in the eyes of on lookers ... Interesting :t-drive:

Yeah I got a loaner .... Not a CGT though :( but a CLK Cabrio :)
No complaints here ... BUT all i can say is I love MB

Ha ha ha...Bentley dealership giving MB for a rental? You'd think they would at least give you an AUDI because of their "Family". :D
