Spot on GTA. There are too much focus on HP and NM on this board, we forget talking about such things. Lets be honest here, while the S600 engine is good, lets not forget this engine existed for many years now. Like you said, the engine in 760i is newer, more modern , fresh and up-to-date towards today EU standards/rules.

Just a small thing...

You don't apply rules to the 600. The 600 rules.

you're fine, I need to upgrade the server anyway :)

Any word on an M7?
This would be the most worthy 7er to get that treatment.

The 600 is above it all, bought by people who just does not care about what happens to the small people outside their exclusive world. Good point.

I admire the new look and the performance specifications. Luckily my father dumped his previous E65 760i after 8 months. His has now moved on to the F01 750i. The 760i & 760Li are going for 1/4 of what the list price was. This thing will depreciate faster than George Bush's reputation.

This is really interesting, so the 760i models depreciate quite soon, don´t them?. How are the rivals on his aspect? I guess Mercedes has much better resale value, but Audi?.

Right now you can get a low mileage 08 750Li Individual for about $65,000. The M.S.R.P for an Individual is around $134,000. Half its value lost in less than one year. You can purchase a 2003 760Li wholesale for only $20,000.

The deprecation problem is just not for BMW, its for all executive saloons (MB, Bentley, Maybach, RR, Audi, Jaguar etc.). They just don't hold their value because people want buy these saloons want them new. Who would want a used Maybach when they can get one to his or hers own customizations in a new Maybach. They also depreciate horribly because of the high-maintenance V12s.

The car that has the biggest depreciation though is definitely the Arnage by light years.

^Oh I forgot, the Audi A8 W12 is exceptionally rare, so they hold their value pretty well surprisingly.

Am i being sarcastic? Noooo...Me??? C'mon...:jpshakehe

Bring it on, fellas, i have sooooo much energy for you! :eusa_danc;):usa7uh:
