The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986.
The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M

For some time I thought they wouldn't even show it on the show. 
Well, it has the new M-side mirrors unlike the M5 Concept which had regular 5 series side mirrors. I wonder which are the features that aren't presented with this M3 Concept but with the actual final product...
BTW what info on the production M5 did they give when they presented the M5 Concept? Did they give specs?

seriously for now ( and i know i should wait for more pics)
the hood is very beefy
and while the front bumper is soft and rounded..the lights look small
the whole front has this fishbowl effect..
if they could have given it a more agressive bumper like the one in my avatar i would be damn happy
but still im waiting for more pics

I think the bumper looks great ..
Me too! Awesomeness.
However, I think it's a terrible show for the M3 in this spotlight. They could have done so much more. No tech specs, no rear, no interior....

I don't know but I think they're saving the production rims until the production car is unveiled.
