Have faith in the ///M-division. The ///M3 in whatever concept or final form is gonna be great, not just good but great.

I'm wondering would anyone express their dissapointment if the M3 wasn't worth the hype? It seems to me that BMW can't do any wrong on this form when it comes to the M3. I'm only asking a question that was on my mind, I honestly hope know one takes my question the wrong way.

I'm sure many of us will axe the M3 if it doesn't live up to the hype. It has quite alot to live up to like beating the RS4 in both acceleration and on any track. It should more or less be the second best sport car after the 997S of all cars priced less than 100k.
I will even be more impressed if it beats the R8 and the 997S(facelifted) around the ring.

no...because its gonna be worth it...its the M3 a motoring icon...plus if its base is the 335i and that is already taking out cars greater than it...how can the m3 not be the greatest

There is a lot of hype around the E92 M3. It is much deserved though, the M3 is a halo car for the BMW brand, and throughout time since it's inception it has been the epitome of supercar performance that is more than attainable to the every day man. More than that it's character is unmistakable, it's a hardcore sports car in every sense of the word, a car that's not for novice drivers. So the "Ultimate Driving Machine" x10.

It seem like BMW is holding on to the official photos reaally tight this time. I can't recall any instance when official photos haven't leaked out several days before launch.

EVERYONE IVE SEEN THE OFFICIAL M3, I COULD BE THE FIRST ONE TO HAVE SPOTTED THEM, I WENT TO A LOCAL SHOP THIS MORNING AND THEY HAVE OFFICIAL M3 PICTURES, EVO MAGAZINE I THINK BUT ITS NOT ON THE EVO WEBSITE YET.

In them pictures its the same colour as the bmw concept m5 a few years ago, bumper exactly the same as spy pics. the bonnet has two small vents on each side of the prominent hood bulge. The mirrors are the ones everyone didnt like but they do look nice and seems to have a carbon fibre or gloss black insert on the top of it.
The trademark side vents are there they are quite deep into the metal with a thick chrome strip running theough the vent with a small m3 sign.
And as we all wanted to know the license plate is on the runk with a small lip spoiler aboe and the bumper is similar to the e92 m sport kit but alot more aggresive with the two vents on each end covered up.
one last thing the alloys on the pics i seen were CSL wheels in a glossy finish,
I hope these pictures i seen are the real official m3 pics before the unveiling.
