E63 Wagon, coming up!

We talking about 7 horsepowers :D Im just happy that BMW offer a M5 Touring again, now Audi and MB arent the only one anylonger :usa7uh:

It`s not only 7 more horsepowers. You forgot the torque. The E63 has 82lb-ft more. :t-drive:

I agree with GTA. The E-Class estate is just oozing sexiness. The A6 Avant is oozing functionality and I'm sorta have nothing to say on the BMW 5-series wagon. No offence to BMW fans as styling is subjective. :)

but the torque isnt something new. E55 has higher torque than M5 too.

Sexy is right cawimmer! thats hard to achieve with a wagon but Mercedes nailed it with the E-Class. Try to find me a wagon profile more sexy than this one!! ;)

I too love the look of the E55 T!

Someone at my school has one in silver and it looks awesome!

The E55 Estate is really damn fast for a wagon! I think it would beat the M5 sedan! in a speed test!! :usa7uh:

It`s actually faster than a Corvette Z51

Merc E55 wagon vs./ Corvette Z51 from Car&Driver magazine!

0-60mph 4.1sec. vs/ 0-60mph 4.3sec.
0-100mph 9.7sec. vs/ 0-100mph 9.9sec.
0-150mph 24.0sec. vs./ 0-150mph 26.3sec.

The E63 Estate should be even faster than the E55 Estate! and blow the M5 sedan out of the water in a drag race!

lol GTA, Maybe it will maybe not. The E63 is more powerful than ever. If the car lose agaisnt the M5 then its really really embarassing for Mercedes :D
If I was a MB fan I would hate AMG forever :D

I`d like to see some speed numbers from from any M5 test that can match those numbers from the E55 Estate I posted. If the M5 can`t match that with 507hp, thats an embarassment. ;)

:t-cheers:

are you telling me that E55 estate is faster than E55 Sedan ? :D
When M5board.com had the M5 we raced a E55 estate and the M5 won but of course I cant proove it to you since the video isnt online. Anyway, there has never been a M5 vs E55 Estate comparions in a carmag.

I feel you are little worried about the new E63. You dont seem to be 100% sure it will be faster than the M5 because you seem to compare it to M5 in a couple of threads ;)

Naaa, I`m not worried! it`s only natural to compare them since thay are direct compeditors. I just wanted to see some numbers from any magazine
test that could match those I posted, thats all. ;)

I understand but its pointless to compare them unless they werent tested the same day. Doesnt matter really because I would choose a E63 and M5 over M5 Touring and E63 Estate anyday. Estate versions wont handle like the Sedan versions and the sportiness wont be the same. Sedan versions all the way IMO :usa7uh:

lOl, :t-hihi:

so i was at this BMW dealer today.. in gothenburg..
he said he drove the M5 he hated it..haha i got a damn shock..
he said that its near impossible to drive comfortabily.. and that engine is to much for that car.. it still doesent handle as good as the M3 iho..
so he said that the engine belongs in the M6 not in the M5.. and that he is very excited about the new M3.. cause iho the M3 is the best bmw EVER:D

Gosh Artist, thats the first time I ever herd that. Did you get a chance to drive it btw?

lol no man i didnt dare to ask him..it was like the furthest in with alot of cars around it..they would have to move around alot of things to get it..i didnt want them to do that.. cause im not really concidering the car..

PS
I would have asked if i saw it outside parked on the lot though:D

Wew! That was tough! ;)

Nice, better than the 5er but not as sexy as the E wagon.
One of the main reasons the E looks so sexy is because it`s D-Pillar is tapered
much like the CL-CLass MB! the top of the E also archs down. You don`t find
that kind of sexiness in most wagons. ;)
