Named after the late company founder Bodo Buschmann, who I actually met way back in the mid-1980s at the Essen Motor Show through a late motorsport journalist acquaintance of mine. I recall Herr Buschmann being a very approachable, likeable gentleman.

Very few details are available at the moment, but for a car that will bear the founder's name, it must be epic.

It’s well known that he was a S-Class Fan and a V12 Fan.

A modified S-Class SWB with a tuned V12 would be probably the most adequate car, or a R232 with this engine.

Also known for the SL 7L V12, a current SL with a V12 will be so cool but don't know if possible.

If I recall correctly, all BRABUS vehicles exhibited at the 1985 Essen Motor Show were painted in a very glossy black. I was invited to take a seat inside a BRABUS W126 in order to relish the the clarity and force of the car's sound system. Up until that time, I had never experienced anything quite like it. A buddy of mine had a fancy home sound system complete with JBL studio monitors. Very "state of the art". The system in that BRABUS blew it away IMHO.

I may be very wrong...but the most recent teasers indicate a larger 2+2 2 door coupe based on the W214 or W223. Not an iteration of the C236 CLE. With a bespoke body featuring a carbonfiber structure.

It's a coupe for sure, It's difficult to know which model they will base it on.
Bodo loved the SL's V12 engine, and for me, if the car bears his name, I hope it will be a V12.
It looks like something much more special than the Brabus Rocket GTS.
If Brabus managed to put a V12 in an SL, that would be crazy.

It's a coupe for sure, It's difficult to know which model they will base it on.
Bodo loved the SL's V12 engine, and for me, if the car bears his name, I hope it will be a V12.
It looks like something much more special than the Brabus Rocket GTS.
If Brabus managed to put a V12 in an SL, that would be crazy.

While the Rocket GTS is spectacular, I hope that the visual drama is turned down a few notches on this BODO. And yet, even more bespoke than the Rocket GTS. Very clean sculptural elegance unlike anything that M-B or AMG currently offer.

I'm also hoping for something more elegant than the Rocket, a superb, stylish coupé with a V12 engine. That would be magnificent.

Of course, that is almost certainly not going to happen. But that's cool as long as the design blows me away.

Will have a engine for sure, A V8 or a V12, I hope it will be the last one.
