It's a fantastic car to drive (only driven the pre-facelifted 3.0i), but I recently sat in the new M roadster, and it's an awesome experience, though a bit crampy.

Thanks! Tell me, how does it feel like to drive this car? Is it true, as some car magazines say, that the ride is sometimes rather harsh, mainly because of the run-flat tires? Or are they exaggerating?

lol, no not really to be honest. It's really sporty and agile, and you feel every bump in the road.

You gotta love it, it's a special little car. Because you sit so low, it made me feel I was going twice as fast all the time.

You can tell how much of an afterthought the rear of the Z3 Coupe was, not so with the Z4.

lol that is so true bum-man, in fact I think z3 is the only car that BMW admitted for being a bit of a 'failure', therefore they change it to Z4 (with a completely new platform I believe) instead of just calling it the new Z3.

The Z4 coupe looks swell next to the M coupe. The orignal M coupe in it's time was qutie a looker and ultra rare which bumped it up the cool meter. Downsides were that it was really small on the inside (new M Coupe is much much much worse) and available only w/ a six speed, which is a big minus in my book. So once again BMW has a made a car that I find to be admired but not desired.
