Overall I'd take the GLS. BMW best part is its headlights.

These grab handles inGLS are abosolutely unnecessary.

They make it look like the central arm rest is in the birthing position, and has just squeezed out a drive selector.

They are beyond silly. And I am putting it mildly.

They are out of place, in your face, utterly useless and way over the top. Worst part of the GLE/S interior, closely followed by those air vents and fake vents. For me they ruin the entire interior. Your eyes get drawn to them all all I can think is 'WTF".
