Some NKL-related murmurings:

Innuendo has it that the NKL architecture will rapidly expand throughout the catalogue of BMW's BEV vehicles. An NA0 i3 Touring appears a given. The LCI G60/61 5 series will have a relatively short model cycle, being replaced by all new NKL derivative vehicles...including an i5 Gran Coupe (!). Jan of car crash review made a split second reference to this in the site's NKL iX3 presentation today. Perhaps simply a brief verbal slip-up. Or...was it ?

It may be senseless innuendo or a simple accidental slip of the tongue in that very brief reference by Jan of car crash review. Perhaps that fellow from bmwblog can comment on this.

Everything seems to be in line with the concept except for the rearlights, which look more traditional.

Same rear as the iX3. A lightbar with rear ass dimple for the BMW insignia.
