BMW "Never stand still" event

As The Artist suggested, it could be a prestigious new dealership/showroom. :t-hands:

You can forget about an M6 CSL. The car is too old and isn't "hot" any longer besides that the M3 is much better suited as a CSL model since it's smaller.

I suspect the car in question could be the 135Tii. It was a while since the production ready concept was presented. On the other hands I can't see any in that car that would justify "a new level of performance" since it will technically be merely a slightly tuned 135i.

My money is either on a 7er flagship or a concept.

7er flagship sounds very plausible. I think I am going for that one, with the golf event teaser front in the back of my mind.

Look at the SL Black Series......

And i just came of the DOS dissing campaign..:D

Again: complete F01/F02 ICM being based on FlexRay is a revolutionary achievement! And that will result in excellent driving dynamics & comfort!

It's like DOS vs Windows, dial-up vs. DSL, 386 vs Pentium.

Something Benz can match with production version of eg. PRE-SCAN ... which will also require FlexRay.

Now back on topic. :t-cheers:

We are only a day away ... It's a biggie!
Yet perhaps tomorrow only Phase 1 can be introduced. Phase 2 being hosted in a while in some other world capital. Imagine ... Beijing during the Olympic Games. What an exposure! Perhaps ... :t-hands:

I'm getting some fresh news later today.

...

If they are targeting Russia's market. they should come up with something like this.. Mercedes Benz already playing it well..

ehhhm??
what??

My final bet is on the following

760i
Revised V12 engine
Near 500hp
0-100km/h just under 5 seconds
Quad exhaust pipes
Distinctive LED head lights with minor changes in front and rear bumper.
DKG transmission with a different gear knob

Complete Integrated Chasis Managment is based on FlexRay network & protocol.

Eg. X5 & X6 only use FlaxRay partially (for Adaptive Drive) & therefore the advantages are very limited.

No other cars use FlexRay ... BMWs are the only ones.

And 7er is the first production vehicle to have entire ICM completely based on FlexRay.

Very Windows to me. It's a completely new in-car network platform: much faster, much more capable, and much more stable than any other current network.

On topic, please. We can discuss DOS issue via PM. :t-cheers:

"Never stand still"... are we talking about some sort of multi-fuel / multi power source hybrid here?

no CSL
neither in moscow nor elsewhere
even though ALMS rollout is back a few days
