BMW "Never stand still" event

The counter seems to depend on the time zone of your computer :t-banghea:t-banghea

If you set your PC to Moskau time, its +2h 12 ....so the event was 2:12 ago

Seems like it. Too bad none of our Australian or Kiwi members are in. Either way this whole thing seem to be nothing but the biggest pile of dung ever. So how about us going to bed and never visit this thread ever again? Looks like it's nothing but a waste of time.

I guess the "never stand still" was all about the countdown timer all along. :D:D:D

Look! It never stands still. :D When it comes to an end of countdown, it continues on. Forever. Never stands still. :D

***!:t-banghea I've got a really bad cold and I stayed up just to watch this thing but appearantly the aren't gonna show us a ****!!

Guys ... it was just a fancy BMW marketing event where BMW models (incl. the new 7er) were presented to the Russian BMW customers & VIPs.

A fancy dinner & party with a catwalk of BMW models. :usa7uh:

But we wanted to show the world the biggest hourglass ... Therefore the countdown, anticipation & exposure.

Otherwise the event was completely Russian market limited.

But the hourglass is so cute, isn't it. It was worth of hype. ;)

Retarded. There is ALWAYS something at the end of a countdown, because there wouldn't be a countdown then....time would simply be flowing along. A countdown means you reach an end where you reveal something, or at least something happens other than time flowing along. That we knew already.

By why waste our time posting it here. We are car enthusiasts and if we wanted to see the world's biggest hourglass or door bell we would simply have opened a Guinness world record book.

I'm actually upset. This hype was very uncalled for and I'm actually upset that you and Scott have made a mockery out of us by luring us into nonsense like this using various hints that would make us believe that there's actually something going to be unveiled today. BMW creative marketing have hit a new low and I demand that the admin or some other moderator deletes this thread.
