E36 M3 used to come in Estoril blue. They seem to have changed the name to Monte Carlo blue. They look the same.Damn, that car makes me miss my beloved E36.

^^If I'm right, that is Dakar yellow from back in the day.
Yes, it is! A friend of mine (from E-36 club) had his M3 in this color! Good old days, I miss my M3 real bad!![]()
^Yeah, that really is nice color indeed..But,what about missing CF roof and painted rims?I mean, what the f***k???
The car has got a sunroof = no CF roof but the steel one. Probably it would be technically impossible or very expensive to produce a CF roof with hole for a sunroof.
Stunning color
Not a fan of the car, but that is the Best blue I have ever seen.
Estoril, I believe?![]()

This blue colour is gorgeous, but you're right the painting scheme looks a little bit strange. Black rims - a matter of taste, the same with kidneys. But mirrors look ugly with black caps, either all black or as in the standard M3.
Nevertheless, it's a great car and I wish I could have one![]()
They are calling it Monte Carlo Blue but it could be Estoril with a new name.

It's Monte Carlo Blue. I know it looks very much like Estoril Blue, which is actually a little bit brighter. As far as I know, BMW had to stop using Estoril Blue because of its ingredients which did not fullfil ecological norms. But some time ago they confirmed that Estoril Blue will soon be available again, this time as a water-based ecological paintLong live this color !
