well im basing it on my own personal experience, maybe you know more than i do

Personal experience only fosters perceptions and beliefs. I have yet to actually share my personal experience on the matter, have I?

So, in your own personal experience you're saying that if all vehicles are on the same tyres, there is absolutely no difference in the snow between a 4WD, FWD and RWD car?

That is utter clap-trap.

Jesus, you really need to calm down. DblPen was replying to me anyway!

Oh yeah, there is. But in normal everyday driving you dont see it. Certainly you dont experience traction problems with rwd, unless you want to have fun. Traction control works wonders i tell you. And in some cases you experience understeer in fwd cars even in normal driving on snow. I was never pushing really hard awd on snow, so i dont know about that, but driving faster than usual i fel alot more comfortable in rwd than fwd. Ofcourse you never go bananas on thick snow, so i dont know how it is when cars are on the limit

^From my experience between driving FWD, RWD and AWD in snow its RWD which is easiest to get stuck, probably due to lack of weight over the driven wheels.

You guys are going way off the topic of the video of the 3 cars compared!!! 4 pages extra of utter Bull Shite! Why don't you start another thread "4WD vs FWD vs RWD in all weather conditions"?
