BMW's stupid going-FWD aside. It looks spectacular for what it is and will look best in segment, no doubt about that;) MUCH better than the new Picasso, B-class and other famous offerings in this segment etc.

By definition, I do not like anything with a front quarter panel.

Picky are we?:D J/K.

May be true for most us car nuts, you said but IMO apart from BMW blackening it's soul going FWD, it will be a welcome addition to the lineup and benefit the brand portfolio and reach. If M-B can/could do it and VAG has it why not BMW? And it's not like they did 1/2 a job at it.

Actually, when sitting in the front of a car with a front quarter panel, I get a weird feeling, as if its more spacious than it should, and I don't feel as safe and comfortable as I do inside cars without this useless glass panel. It's strange, I know, but it's true!!

If the LWB models looks as good as the image above my wife will be driving one, hell I might even buy one (SWB) to replace my Countryman, it'll be that, the new 4 door MINI or a 1 series. Next year is going to be fun, I love car shopping!

This is more or less the seven seater Gran model. I am thinking about it too for the kids and gran kids.

Sold, it's a great looking MPV, more like the S Max than anything else. I like the idea of 5 series Touring space in a more compact body, it's like my wifes Touran, as a 5 person family we need space, we're always going places together and a wagon isn't as practical, I don't need (although my wife wants) an X3 or X5.

First of all, Renault "invented" this segment, which is highly profitable ever since. I don't know if you (plural) have any experience with a Renault Scenic or Espace, but both models are the definition of practicality!

Renault didn't invent the MPV, the first MPV was the Fiat 600 Multipla from 1956. Renault just revived the concept with the Espace. The shame for Renault is they have almost killed the Espace and not kept up with what the market wanted, there are much better MPV's than the Scenic.

Oh my eyes! The Concept looked very nice at Paris. This is just terrible.

Its exactly the same as the concept , although some concept trim ideas are missing along with the larger wheels. But the production car will also feature Adaptive LED headlights which for some will improve the front appearance of the car.

What Exactly are you missing? it's 95% the concept.
Mind that these are purely technical isometric 3D renderings, meaning they don't show perspective. That's why the car looks heavier and bigger than it actually is. Isometric views do not exist in real life.

It's still a FuglyVan.
