Great job, it is the closest so far, especially for the treatment of the sheet metal, it only required observation but nobody had done it before.
The "shoulder" line that runs through the profile under the windows is going to be a little harder, more g70 in my opinion

Don't like it at all.

But that's probably going to be BMW's fault and not yours! Keep up the good work with the renderings.

I'm also not very happy with what I seeing (the car itself), as it's too "common", after the 7 series everything seems common to me... I hope that 5 series shuts my mouth and surprises me at the end

Exactly. After the introduction of the double headlights and ginormous kidneys, single light units with normal headlights looks oddly old for some reason.

Good render, but I hope that's not it terrible looking headlights....the current one looks X100 better than that .

I cant see whats wrong with the renders by @yuc4life ? The headlights look amazing and the car looks really good. You can't expect a 7er treatment on this 5er. Even the W214 is not looking above and beyond so far so can't see the fuss. At least the greenhouse on this car is going to have a different design with the uptick design and not just a regular Bmw design. The interior is also looking to be a winner.

So far it is looking really good and I am really liking those headlamps! So much inspired by the E60

There’s nothing with the render actually. For some reason people disliked some of the details, but that’s not my problem though. Blame the BMW Designers haha.

Agreed. It's got nothing to do with your render, which from my eyes looks spot on. But I for one - and maybe a couple of others here - don't like the look of the light architecture. I can't put my finger on it but it just doesn't sit well with how I'd imagined this G60 to look. I hope I'm proven wrong.

It’s not hard to put a finger on it, it’s ugly as hell. Nothing to do with the skills of of the illustrator, you can only do so much with what you have.

Me also as I don't like the 3er lci headlight and the new x1 headlight and this new 5er headlight is shaping up to be almost the same

The X1 is the worst headlight i saw in bmw.
So i wish they will do something different with the new 5 series
Or the f90 LCI will still be the best shape headlight for a years

Doesn't look so bad if you tilt your head to the right a bit...

I think it's still early, there are some clues but the camo still weighs a lot, the geometry of the lights with a line higher or lower can go from the glorious ones of the CS concept to those of the Mondeo, which are not so bad ... ..on the Mondeo as long as it turns on two wheels
