5 Series (E34) BMW 5 Series (E34)

The E34 is the third generation of the 5 Series, manufactured for model years 1988–1996. It was launched in the sedan body style, with the range expanded in 1990 to include the "Touring" wagon/estate body style. The E34 was the first 5 Series to be available with the wagon body style, all-wheel drive and V8 engines.
I bought a E34 today, so been watching a ton of videos on them. The way they are praising the base model, BMW really was on top of the world back then.

"If you open the hood and look at the engine it's like somebody sat down and said make it a work of art"
"You really want to park this car in the living room with the hood open, it's so beautiful to look at"

"I can't overstate how well coordinated this car is"
"You're getting one of the most prestigious cars on the road"
"Dynamics of the car are just sensational, it runs so well, it looks great, the quality is unmatched, it probably is the ultimate sport sedan"

Can you even imagine someone giving this kind of heartfelt praise about a new M5, forget about a base G60.

Congrats! What engine did you get? Do we get any pics?
Thank you. It's a 92 525i M50, 5 Speed manual with LSD. The LSD is the main reason I jumped on it, I've already laid down so much rubber. Driving this was my first time driving an E34, I really love it. Such a great blend of both E28 and E39.

Not in the best cosmetic condition, it was pretty cheap. Bought it for less than the profit I made buying and selling my E39. But it's going to make a great winter beater, I don't have to worry about all the salt on the roads.
