BMW’s Newest Flagship Vehicle Debuts in One of New York City's Most Iconic Landmarks.

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – April 21, 2026... Tomorrow, BMW will take over Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal in the heart of New York City for the world premiere of the new BMW 7 Series. It’s one of the brand’s most significant and important reveals in a generation, staged inside one of the most recognized landmarks on earth.

Grand Central Terminal is synonymous with New York City, and Vanderbilt Hall has long served as the backdrop for the city’s most defining moments. Tomorrow, it becomes the stage for a car that represents a complete rethinking of what BMW's flagship sedan can be.

The new BMW 7 Series will spearhead the roll out of Neue Klasse technologies into product lines, across all powertrains and into all segments – BMW's most significant architectural shift in decades. The result is a car that honors the legacy of the nameplate while pushing the brand's design language, technology, and standard of luxury into entirely new territory.

"New York has always been a place where the world arrives. Tomorrow, so will the future of BMW," said Sebastian Mackensen, President and CEO of BMW of North America. "Only an iconic location such as Grand Central Terminal could serve as a fitting backdrop for the world premiere of an icon like the BMW 7 Series. This is not just a new model, it’s a whole transformation.”

The BMW 7 Series has always been the car that signals where BMW is headed, and this generation is no different. As the Neue Klasse design language and technology expands across BMW's entire

lineup in the coming years, the 7 Series is the first expression of that transformation at its highest level, the proof point for everything that follows.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of a new chapter for BMW. The world premiere takes place April 22, 2026, at Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Media interested in attending should contact BMW@Golin.com for more details.

Looks good in that setting. It has the “I look expensive” part down pat.
