M3/M4 BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage - production model teased!

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M
Congrats BMW for this quick cash-grab

Cool looking car , but man , that price...

This trend of overpriced things will just get worse , as middle class will further burn, and rich people will get richer , and pay whatever whoever asks for everything that has a "limited" tag on it

Has a price been confirmed?

Agree. Its getting a bit frustrating with his childish antics
We are facing a bad scenario, "a troll with initiative" he is always very careful not to leave even 10 seconds before a new BMW is presented to try to ruin the presentation for everyone else.
They should get it out of the way for a few days

200.webp

Oh no, this looks shit. That grill is even worse than the standard M4/M4 CSL cheese grater grill. I would rather stick with a M4 CSL. Even worse they using the same interior of a US90K car in a US750K car, WTF BMW!

560PS and 1625kg, 50 pieces to be made. Let's hope ite not 750K in price. The power is only 10hp more than the M4 CSL and the same weight

Wow ! A classic BMW in a VERY good way ! Love that well-dosed amount of aggressivety, let's say, an elegant way of beeing so potent, and loving that classic interior without these awful big screens.
This car is returning my full respect to BMW .
Just unsure about my limited english.
:)

Let's hope ite not 750K in price.

I've just had a look on Sotherby's. It's in the ball park of the M1 and somewhat above an original 328 Roadster, but substantially less than a 507. In the same ballpark as a Ferrari 599GTO, and a Ford GT, and quite a bit cheaper than a Porsche Carrera GT. It's collector money.

It's a commemorative car. A collector's piece. You're not going to see it driving around. It's not going to pitch up a track days or set Ring laptimes.
I don't think much of it at all - I actually reckon it looks a little bit shite - but that's not the point.
It's not what the car is, but rather what it celebrates: 50 years of unmatched people's performance cars.

It’s BMW’s “new Countach”
Equally as ugly, and cringeworthy way to get money.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
