Congrats.

So which do you prefer, this or the M5?

That is one very tricky question to answer because both cars are poles apart, there's a whiff of invincibility driving about in the RRS as if normal cars are just leaves to brush out of your way but it lacks to manic acceleration of the M5 that's so addictive.

Well just over a month into the ownership process and nothing bad to report, in fact everything is great with not one sign of a rattle and so far I'm getting 30.5mpg which when you consider almost all of those journeys totaled about 8-10 miles tops when the engine hadn't even warmed up I reckon it's not at all bad, by comparison the big Cayenne averaged 32.8mpg for the first month.

Still finding myself traveling into corners too quick due to the total lack of sense of speed you normally get with cars, I'm sure at some point I'll get a ticket in this rather than the M5 which will be ironic considering the huge gulf in performance between them.

@Deckhook, if your car is still under break in and you bought it and not leased, try to warm the engine up for all the way during the break in process.

Enjoy the gorgeous beast in good health. :)

Times to short to be wasted waiting for the engine to get to temperature, by the time that will happen I'll already be at work. lol

But it's the fact it's only 2.3mpg behind the Cayenne which has surprised me when you consider the RRSport is twin turboed and kicking out roughly 50hp/100Nm more.

I thought it was super-charged?

Just pass the year with the wife's X1 and it's finally developed a couple of faults which need dealer attention. First is tyre warning sensor and the other is a parking sensor which is beeping constantly when in reverse despite checking and cleaning all sensors.

Neither are biggies more annoying than anything but I can't recall the last time I had two faults in a newish car.

Nice RRS, also good to see you were restrained in your choice of alloys, most you see have 21 inch or larger wheels, must do wonders for the ride.
