There is no such car as a Quattroporte Touring.

The LS460L is my choice! I'm confident to say there's no competitor that comes close to this!

Maybe you should have had the LS600h It does after all have 430PS

The only car we could poll against the S65 is the Flying Spur, to much power for this comparision. I wish Audi an BMW would make a competive model!

I'm confident in rebuffing. This is what Mercedes Benz still does best: Absolute refinement, comfort and safety over the distance.

I can't agree with that statement, the A8 is still the champ in comfort in this class. This has been the case for some time now!

Car magazine even wrote the comfort offered by the S was 'crushingly superior' and it is an area consistently dominated by Mercedes vehicles in the more quantitative German tests, including the S.

The A8's ride has been criticized for being to firm and unforgiving on rougher roads such as ours down under.

S-class passengers are so comfortable, their heart rates are even lower.

yeah, I remember the whole hbp thing...it was something like 7-8 heart beats less per minute in the S-class than the 7er and A8. The A8 is a terrific car, I would definitely take the A8 over the 7er anyday but I love the S a lot more though.

Because the S class does everything so well and being so luxurious and confortable and S65 AMG being almost as expensive as Arnage R and more expensive than Flying Spur (165<182<221) I reallly don't see a point to the Maybach anymore. I think the S class can take on the Phantom and Arnage. But I can't see myself saying this about A8 or 7.

Just_Me-unless there was a S65 in this poll, I still wouldn't take anyother car, including your S8, over the S600.

especially having driven the S550...it's almost impossible for me like any other car.

Their's a resent threads that has a link to one of the major car mags that still give the A8 top billing over the new S-Class for many reasons! Don't get me wrong, all you have to do is look down to know how I feel about the new S-Class, but mercedes loses points for following BMW alittle to closely for interior styling Q's! Also if your not in a AMG it's not a desireable vehicle, none of them!!
