Like the E24 before, the E63/64 represent a tour de force from BMW, are exotics and keep their value well. As the E24, I think the E63/64 will age well. They are (like all Bangle designs) ahead of their time.... something the press/media rarely gets. They are responsible for all the bashing, and now, a few years later, they start to 'get it' and start to interpret Mr. Bangle designs as they should've years ago.Deutsch said:I love both, though I am fearful that some cars will not age nearly as well as the ir predecessors(E60 & E63/64). LOL -well I appreciate what you are saying - perhaps some of the styling is a little flashy - and yes, even gimmicky, but I think it is very right for the time.MikeJ said:Pre-Bangle. Style, grace and purity instead of gimmicks and general design mishmash. There isn't a single car among the new ones that I find attractive. The latest ones like the E90 are more toned down, but far from the gracefulness that used to be the cornerstone of BMW design.

Hey Bmwrules, congratulations on your new 330i that I see you have added to your signature! That was quick, I am glad it turned out that well for you. And I also agree with you about having to give people something new to keep them interested.bmwrules said:I voted for Bangle. I think the fact that the Bangle's designs have influenced the designs of other cars and that profits and sales are at records highs prove that his designs have been accepted. GM and Ford keep putting out the same bland and boring cars and they are struggling. You have to change and give people something new to keep them interested.
