Bentley Motors has announced the appointment of Wayne Bruce as the new Director of Communications, commencing 23 April.

He succeeds Andrew Roberts who left the business at the end of 2018. With 27 years of communications experience in the automotive industry, holding executive management positions since 2001, Bruce was most recently Global Communications Director for McLaren Automotive.

Before his time with the British luxury sports carmaker, Bruce held Communications Director positions for Infinitiand Nissan. He also has previous experience working within the Volkswagen Group, in U.K. communications roles for both Seat and Volkswagen.

"I'm pleased to welcome Wayne to Bentley Motors and look forward to working with him closely in what is a very important time for the company," said Adrian Hallmark, Chairman and CEO, Bentley Motors.
 
Hmmm... I was expecting news that they would discontinue the Bentayga, which has been a huge failure.

Where has it been a huge failure? You see plenty of them in the UK, they are all over Moscow and St Petersburg, and the Arabs also love them.
 
This is off-thread, but the Bentayga is their best-selling model, so hardly a failure.
