Last place: Jaguar XFR - 323 points out of 500 points.
XFR is the best Jaguar of all times. Good comfort but on the track it gets nervous in the corners. 0-100km/h in 4.9 seconds and the slowest. Topspeed 270km/h on the track. At 200km/h the car swallows the bumps with ease but above 230km/h the car gets nervous. Good long distance cruiser.

Third place: E63 AMG - 334 points out of 500 points.
Much capacity, powerful and fun. But high costs and high fuel consumption. Testcar equipped with ceramic brakes. Good comfort and perhaps the best allrounder. 0-100km/h in 4.5 seconds

Second place: BMW M5 - 336 points out of 500.
On the track the M5 is the best. Handling is superb and the engine is wonderful. Direct steering and the car is very playful. Steering and acceleration feels connected with the car. The car feels so good in the corners, well-balanced. Different engine sound compare to the other cars. Travelling comfort isnt the best. 0-100km/h in 4.6 seconds.

First place: Audi RS6 - 338 points out of 500.
The engine, the extreme road performances and the good everyday life brings it up to first place. The ultimate car for Autobahn. Most expensive car but offer more for the price than E63 AMG such as Sportseats, 20" wheels, ceramic brakes, sportchassi and raised topspeed. 0-100km/h in 4.4 seconds and 0-200km/h in 13.9 seconds.

All four cars look fantastic - you couldn't do anything wrong with buying one of these. Would love to have the XFR or RS6…

Amazing how close the top three finishers were. However, I'd gladly each and any one of these cars any day.

Worst Results Ever (IMO)!

The RS6 is fast, but I have never cared for it's bubble shape. It looks so plain compared to the rest. Even the interior is so-so. The M5 is just old...fast and probably drives extraordinary...but old. Not to mention I hate the beaver look and that extended piece on the front headlights.

The E63 has the best front out of all of them and the best interior. The overall shape is disappointing, but the performance is on point. The Jaguar looks and handles amazing to be non-german. The XF-R is truly a work of art.

My picks would be -

1. Jag
2. Benz
3. BMW
4. Audi

For me the choice is quite simple. I seek for the ultimate driving experience and this is another review you can read that the M5 is the choice for the driver. And the engine, a masterpiece, highreeving V10 with a unique engine sound. I've driven the M5 V10 before and it still bugs me I can't afford one.

I have got the article (foreign version) but it lacks important data.

Acceleration is only measured up to 130km/h. Pretty useless in this segment. RS6 was fastest at 6,6s. M5, E63 - 6,8s. Jag 7,3s.

Best brakes M5. All the results were very similar. Acceleration, braking around 35m, consumption about 16l...

Yes... When Autobild says yes it really is a YES
Go Audi Lamborghini

LOL funny picture :eusa_clap

the article on their webpage stated 0-200km/h in 13.9 seconds for Rs6 but they didnt mention anything about the other cars :t-hands:

The rating system almost leads you to believe that these cars did POORLY. I mean 300 points out of 500? If this had been an A6 2.0 vs 520i vs E200 Kompressor review we would probably be seeing 450 points / 500. :D

I'm afraid I can't agree with those comments about the RS6 interior. Mercedes had the E63 AMG on display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed back in July, and whilst there I went and sat in it. IMO the W211 was one of the best recent Benz interiors so I was keen to see how the new one stacked up. It's very nice but not quite in the RS6 league I'm afraid for fit, finish and tactile quality. Audi had an RS6 on their stand nearby making direct comparison easy, and yes - I was in 'objective' mode with my Audi fanboy goggles tucked firmly away. :D

Great looking car though, and much nicer in the metal than in pictures.

Stunning group of cars, XFR or E63 for me, we don't get the RS6 here.

Close war! 1st, 2nd & 3rd standings are only 2 points away! I'll still go with mighty ///M-Powered V10! :usa7uh:

Yup, 5 year old M5 still reigns, bar the monstrous RS6 which doesn't exist here in US and costs a shit load more where it does, but still kudos to Audi for having the balls to create that monster.

My choice:
M5 - the best handling
RS6 - the fastest
XFR - the prettiest
E63

Anyone have the actual numbers or scans?

And why no CTS-V, it probably handles as well as M5 and is probably as fast as RS6.

It would honestly be the most difficult to choose just one. Kudos to Audi! I feel the RS6 definitely deserves it.

You can watch a bit of video surrounding the test here, no XFR though?

E63 with carbon ceramic brakes and 19inch wheels in Chromite black for me thanks.:usa7uh:

These kinda tests for me are a testament to the M5's absolute brilliant engineering. I know there are numerous complaints still today after 5 years about the uncomfotable gearbox. But just imagine BMW had put in a 7 speed DCT. I don't think offering from any manufacturer (in this segment) would've been able to touch this car. Don't forget that it's 5 years old already.
