Vs Autobild: E63 vs RS6 vs XFR and M5

Vehicle comparisons, matchups, debates, performance battles, and head-to-head discussions.
? Audi RS6 V8 ?
Haha ^^
RS6 has a V10 and the M5 sounds like a diesel so yes it is
quite unique :D

was referring to the E and XFR... while the RS6 , though having a v10, still doesn't sound as good as the M5 revving, which reminds me a bit with Ferraris for some reason.

To me the RS6 sounds a bit anemic ??

The E AMG and XFR remind me more of an american muscle

:t-cheers:

I hope it doesnt turn out to be a X6M.

There is a very big risk for that with all the sharing of platforms and cutting of corners going on right now when manufacturers think they can cheap themselves out of this soon-to-end cricis.

It's weird, I hate the E60 but love the E60 M5, car just comes together in M5 guise.

Sucks for the E63 to finish second to last here, just imagine what AutoBild's comparison will be like when the F10 M5 comes out.

BTW, that W212 is SHINY, whoever waxed that thing did a good justice to the car. I still think it finishes second to last in the looks department.... it's also weird that every time I see a E60 next to a W212, it makes the E60 look good to me all of a sudden, even kind of "fresh" in a way. XFR is my personal fav here, and the Audi, albeit a great car obviously, isn't really my style.

The M5 is the ICON here :D

Geeezzz the Merc's dash are really button laden...:eusa_thin buzy, buzy, buzy..

1. BMW M5
2. Audi RS6
3. Merc E63
4. Jag

If it turns out that the next M5 turns out to be just like the X6M and they decided to do the same thing with the M3 in a few years, what will you do?

Personally, I'd give up all hope on M. There would be nothing left.

Checked out several XF's at the local Jag Dealer yesterday.... You guys who haven't seen or gotten up close and personal with one in the flesh, do yourselves the favor.... What a gorgeous car, really nails it in every level, refinement, luxury, power, handling, solid and stiff chassis, even when you shut the doors the car feels "tank-like", great interior materials, great tech, etc. etc. SEXY, sleek, and a very well proportioned, clean design that will age very gracefully.

Seems like the e63 was the best allrounder, and what set it back was the price, oh well, still shouldnt have set it back that much unless there are ridiculous points to be won with pricing which would be stupid. Anywho, any of these cars would make my day, but Ill take the benz please ;)
