Ukraine, probably not, at least for some time. But it has market in China, Arab countries, India, some more asian countries.
I dont see their place in EU.

It could be sold to presidents and ministers in Iran, UAE, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Cuba, Egypt, Venezuela, India, Kazakhstan, Armenia etc etc

Tampered glass can be highly bullet resistant but if potential enemies are likely to use heavy artillery then a thick sandwich of metal, kevlar, plexiglas and LCD monitor is the way to go.

If they use heavy artillery there will be probably be nothing left of that car. Or any car (or tank)

I saw a black Senate in St Petersburg last week, it was being followed by an S Class, it made the S look small, it's a massive imposing looking vehicle, you really have to see one.

It wouldn't surprise me if every Russian Ambassador ends up with a Senate as their official car.

However it does feel to close to the Phantom lookswise for comfort. Question is? Will be people forgo Phantom or a well established Marque like Rolls-Royce for the Aurus Senat?

It all depends on which country you live in and for some people there political point of view. Then there will be very wealthy people who will add one or two to their fleet just because they can.
