Don't know what happend today, but I showed a co worker these pics @ work and the A5's design just all clicked (it makes sense now that the initial over analytical phase has passed that is so typical when you're looking at pictures of a new car for the 1st time), he even had a positive response as well. So much so I think he might consider buying an A5 once they become available.
:t-cheers:

I'd also like to purchase the S5 when it's made available, the only problem is the Audi dealer won't offer me more than a bag of nickles for my 01 CL500!:t-banghea

I'm not feeling the curved line going across the side of the Audi. It makes the nose look too big. On the other hand, the interior is perfect. It looks just like a a fighter jet cockpit. Saab should learn alittle from Audi.

-Give me the 335i please-

So despite it being wider and longer it is lower. So it has more headspace in the front, but less in the back. And it has les elbowroom no matter where you sit. BMW really pulled of quite a trick with the 3 series interior if even Audi's have smaller interiors.

NOW THAT IS HOTTER THAN ANY E92. PERIOD.

I agree, in fact I like it even less in that picture. the headlights are too busy and the front bumper looks wrong

I concur. No way does that A5 look better than any E92...period.

Any position on appearance is a pointless discussion, you believe every 3-Series looks better than the A5, and I think the 3-Series is a mini 6-Series. So who's right?

E92 all the way:bowdown: !
Audi has a lot to learn to compete with 3-er coupe,IMO..Tradition and history is what counts here alot:eusa_thin .

A5 looks bulkier & fatter. Very much like Bentley Conti GT. Upright-ish shape. Luxurious stance.

While E92 3er looks more dynamic, slimmer & agiler. Wedgy shape. True sporty stance.

I voted for the A5 because it is a newer and fresher design.

But the BMW 3-Series Coupe is equally one of the classiest coupes out there.
