6 Series 6 Series M-Sport Package

The BMW 6 Series is a range of grand tourers produced by BMW since 1976. Successor to the E9 Coupé.
LOL. Sure man.
It's MB vs BMW in pretty much every post you make, btw. You should post in Internal Combustion only.

Maybe. You know it's true though. ;)

I believe it will be the same color as the tailpipes of my old X5 4.4i.

Ahh yes, very hot. Today I was at a Bimmer dealership while my car was getting serviced and I saw the dark chrome pipes on an M-Pack F10, and even on the interior shift knob & accents on an Alpina F01 I sat in. Stunning!

I also saw a 6-Series up close and sat in it! Overall I was quite underwhelmed BUT it was because the car was a Vert (not a good look IMO), and the black paint hid the designs beauty. I don't like the play-doughy rear/lights, but the car is extremely luscious and svelte, but also looked very hefty/heavy. In Coupe form it'll be hot. I did find my eyes drawn to the more angular and crisp White M3 Coupe next to it however.

Also, something about the interior didn't have the luxury and quality the pics (or price) insinuate, and I actually liked the F10's more, but this was just a first impression and I was in judgmental mode.

New 6er Convertible mit M-Sport Packet. And LEDs.

It will be a very nice car but unfortunately F1X are to heavy.

Agreed on that! It's just too bulky, but it's the trend these days. But they all look extremely well, can't argue with that!

Diesel?

Hello,

Any idea when will the 640d be out? Also any chance it will be out for the Right Hand Drive markets too?

Regards,

Looking really good. The wheels look a bit Audi-ish, but then again I've always liked Audi's wheel designs. It's the only parts I like of an Audi.

The BMW 6 Series coupe will be available at dealerships later this fall, and now BMW has taken the wraps off the entire engine and model range of the 6-Series Coupe.

And it looks like they are giving the 6-Series the star treatment with availability of a diesel variant (640d), an xDrive variant (650i) and of course M-Sport and Individual vehicles. The new xDrive system will only be available on the 650i, but as was reported earlier a 6-cylinder 640i is now available, which should make the 6-Series more attainable.

These are the new engine ranges at a glance:

Can't wait for the 4-door version to come out! This thing is beautiful, the 4-door should be even more good looking!

I don't think the 4-Door will touch the Coupe 2-Door. Although the Black Convertible didn't really impress me IRL, I'll chalk that up to it being a ho-hum Convertible, and black (hides the design). I think/hope the Coupe will be one of the hottest and prettiest, most graceful cars on the road. BMW's designs are either love/hate with me nowadays, it seems.

6er Coupe is,by far, best looking BMW currently in production and M Package is just :icondrool :D

No, you're thinking of your beloved Mercedes. Those designs are love it or hate it. BMW is far more neutral.

As for the car with M pack.....holy crap, siiiicckkk :icondrool
Absolutely love it, much better than either 5er or 7er M pack actually.......now I really can't wait to see the M6!!

By the way, I love that 1 M style cease in the front bumper. Makes the front look much better than without it. More aggressive.

And this:

Quite a difference a good and a bad picture makes, huh???

Two words for you: 5 GT. Case closed. :)

It does seem like BMW has two different Design teams, however. They upset me with some designs thoroughly, but then almost blow me away with others. The 6'er I'm expecting to be one of the others. ;)

Nice i get the old 6er ( not the previous one ofcourse;)) vibes when i see this..its finally balanced out with the M package..does not look awkward anymore:)
