F12berlinetta 2013 Ferrari 599 Replacement (Spy Pics & Info)

The Ferrari F12berlinetta (Type F152) is a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer produced by Ferrari. Production: 2012-2017. Predecessor: Ferrari 599. Successor: Ferrari 812 Superfast.
Is it early to start a comparo thread between this and M6 ?

With 200 PS and 4 extra cylinders, and twice the price, I think is pretty difficult to compare both. I think barely any car will be able to stand against this.

so I take it other running comparisons are fair :D

The performance figures for this car will be unreal. We're reaching the end of life for the Veyron, One-77 and Pagani cars which cost 2.5-4 times the money of a the LP700 and 620 GT. The Porsche 918 will need to be something special if its going to be worth 400,000 euros.

I assume this render is close as it would be based according to what some saw at the VIP reveal.

But once again, it's like comparing the M6 and Bentley Conti. When you buy a Pagani you just don't buy the figures. You buy the exclusivity, the sense of ocasion and the fact that is the finest piece of automotive art since the Bugattis of the 30's.

After all, the GT-R make 97% of the perfomance of all this cars for 1/5 the price, but that didn't mean the end of Ferrari or Lambo. IMHO, Pagani is untouchable.

Leaked!

If this is the 599 replacement, i wonder how epic will be the Enzo successor.

Hmmm.. overall i like it! But compared to The Aventador, IMO it looks less dramatic, just like the FF plus the rear ends. Maybe this should had been the FF from the first time.

Front and profile look AMAZING, but that rear wheel arch is annoying...

hmmm....

That front looks really aggressive. Too aggressive, in fact, where I don't feel the Ferrari-ness. While there's a general flow to the lines on the side, I know the novelty will wear off and I'll get tired of looking at it. I was hoping they'd carry the buttress feature from the 599GTB on to its successor as it looked functional, distinctive, and added a bit of elegance, but looks like they did not.

I'll hold off on my final judgment until we get better pictures from varied angles. But I can't help feeling a little let down right now though.

The side intakes up front remind me of Lamborghinis a bit.

It sort of resembles an Italian Huyndai, but hey the Enzo was designed by a Japanese so go figure.

That rear fender is too squarish in that pic..hope it looks better in official pics..

I think it does look good, especially for me who is not really a fan of the 458 Italia looks, well I like the rear and the side profile is not bad but I do not like the front. As for this F620 I like everything from what we can see on this bad pic, and except the California, all the rear of Ferraris look good. I hope this will also not be an exception.

PS: If I could afford such cars I would be choosing between this, the F620 and the LFA.
