F12berlinetta 2013 Ferrari 599 Replacement (Spy Pics & Info)

The Ferrari F12berlinetta (Type F152) is a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer produced by Ferrari. Production: 2012-2017. Predecessor: Ferrari 599. Successor: Ferrari 812 Superfast.
I think if Ferrari is coming up with such a car it will be more because of the Lexus LFA than because of the Lamboghini Aventador.

Ah,.yes, a release of a new Ferrari. It's like anticipating some special celestial event. :D Ok, maybe not that special, but special enough to warrant a day off. ;)

I think if Ferrari is coming up with such a car it will be more because of the Lexus LFA than because of the Lamboghini Aventador.

I doubt that. The 599GTO and 599XX played a heavy-hand on the upcoming GT's handling and performance. If I was really grasping at straws, then I'd say the Aventador is the natural rival despite the difference in set-up, mostly because Lamborghini and Ferrari have had history of trying to one-up each other. Besides, I think it's safe to assume that the higher-ups at Maranello are too arrogant to consider the LFA, and this is coming from a guy who's pretty much head-over-heels for that car.

740 bhp / 751 hp

1525kg dry weight

340km/h

Looking forward to the reveal on Wednesday

I'm sure we'll find out about it soon enough, but do you have a source?

If true, it is going to walk all over the Lambo.

Yes, it is true, confirmed by people present on the private showing today.

Also, one person said its front looks a bit like the One-77.

0-200km/h in 8,5s

I actually expected 0-100km/h in 3,2s and 0-200km/h in 8,5s exactly, but did not dare to say it. :usa7uh:

Fiorano laptime - 1:23

All that I wrote here and above is from ferrarichat. People who have seen the car. Previews have already started for a few lucky ones.

1.23 laptime fiorano, 8,5 sec 0-200 49 mm shorter 60mm lower 20 mm less width, the car looks very compact mix of 550, 275, 8c,its a real beauty much more aggressive than the 599,
I am in love

The front is very aggressive, the back is ..well particular. Exactly as in the photo posted earlier.

740 bhp and 1525 kgs dry weight. 340 km/h

Pics were not allowed, of course!

I'm so enthused!!!! I have sooooooo high expectations for this car and I can't wait... it should be epic!

bets of yours or rumors?

WOW, this is going to be really something as every new Ferrari always is.

bets of yours or rumors?

Rumours that will soon turn out to be the facts :

6.3 litri
740cv
80% della coppia disponibile a 2500 giri
1525 kg

0-100km/h 3"1
0-200km/h 8"5
Vel max >340km/h

As it always was, so will my preference remain:

Ferrari 550 M > Lamborghini Diablo
Ferrari 599 GTB > Lamborghini Murcielago
Ferrari 620 GT > Lamborghini Aventador

1.23 is 1 second faster than the 599 GTO and 2 seconds faster than the 458 Italia. I think the the Ferrari 458 Scuderia will then make a lap in 1.22 and the F70 could do it under 1.20 and be at least 5 seconds faster than the Enzo.

Cars: Lamborghini Aventador / Ferrari 620
Type: V12 @ 60° / V12 @ 65°
Displacement: 6.498 cc / 6.262 cc
Maximum Power: 700 PS / 750 PS
Specific power: 108 PS/l / 120 PS/l
Dry Weight: 1575 kg / 1525 kg
Weight/Power: 2,25 kg/PS / 2,03 kg/PS
Transmission: AWD / RWD
Gearbox: 7 Speed ISR / 7 Speed DCT
0-100 km/h: 2.9 sec / 3.1 sec
0-200 km/h: 8.8 sec / 8.5 sec
V-max: 350 km/h / 340 km/h

The only thing the Aventador does better than the LFA is accelerating. Against the 620 the only thing the Aventador will do better is gripping.

The F620 GT has 750 PS Levi, and 0-100 is 3.1 sec.
