Yellow flags means no overtaking... yet no investigation and any further action... damn you!
In your ass Bernie, in your ass!

Amazing race, tho!

Kimi 3rd in the WDC!
What a comeback!

And Vettel, despite yellow flags, a well deserved third title! Vettel über alles:pompous:

lol, Kimi:
"I went off at the last corner on lap fifty-two as I couldn’t see well with my visor being dirty and fogged up. Where I went off you can get back on the track by going through the support race pit lane, but you have to go through a gate. I know this as I did the same thing in 2001 and the gate was open that year. Somebody closed it this time. Next year I’ll make sure it’s open again."

Next year my contryman(Kimi) win the title ;)

Awesome race. With the championship lead swapping multiple times during the race, was a fitting end to the season - except for the last safety car which was an anticlimax. I have no idea why RB called Vettel in for his second pitstop - he had a good set of hard dry tires that would have easliy lasted for next few laps when he could had come in for the wets anyway. They almost gave it away with that stupid call.

No, if your referring to Vettel supposedly passing someone (Kobiyashi I believe) under yellow, it was investigated and found the yellow light that was flashing wasn't yellow flag but just to warn racers of slippery conditions. Or at least that was what SpeedTV commentators said.

Sky said something else but that doesn't matter. Yellow is yellow and it's indeed a warning sign but you cannot overtake under yellow flag/panel no matter the reason for it :)

I guess we are talking about different situations :)

The first time they said it was reflection of the yellow Pirelli signs.

Too bad Hulk took out Hamilton, McLaren 1,2 would have been perfect, giving them second over Ferrari.

Amazing race, Huk confirming his incredible talent, Vettel his steel nerves and talent. And Webber was just abyssal.

What I'm talking about was difinitely not a reflection but a yellow blinking panel :)

Vettel deserves the championship..

It was not a yellow it was confirmed by Ferrari Officials that it was not a yellow flag..

Also how many times did Massa help or hand points to Alonso.

What an epic ending. Vettel might have had the machinery but Alonso has had the luck. Both were deserving.

Mean while at Lotus, this sums up Grosjean's season:

Not sure what you are talking about, but this is what I was referring to -

On the topic of who is more deserving, someone else posted this elsewhere, I found very pertinent -

Vettel has a team mate that pushes him at the start, gets spun around soon after, goes to back of field, has a badly damaged car, loses radio, has an incorrect pitstop call, and a slow pitstop and makes his way through the field well to 6th and is lucky and not deserving.

While Alonso leaves the track twice, inherits 4th through an incident between 2 cars clearly ahead of him and faster than him, gets gifted 2nd from Massa and is unlucky and more deserving???

That quote shed some positive light on Vettel who has been much scrutinized for having a Newey car but boy did he work hard yesterday. He dug his own gold yesterday.

My highlight was Kimi going side by side with Schumi. You've gotta love the old man. He never change his stripes and is himself all the way till the end. He squeezed Button in Austin and he squeezed Kimi. Harsh but fair defending. I will miss him.

In the Sky video all I can see is just a blinking yellow panel :)
About who deserves the title... I remember almost everyone in F1 naming one pilot and I prefer to trust the majority of professionals. One race doesn't make a season... doesn't make a career.

Totally respect ur opinion sunny, but still vettel has a car that is capable of pushing, and doing what he did today, after he spun out I knew it wasn't game over, (tho not any driver is capable of doing what he did, and vettel is proving hes over the top driver with consistency and speed)

i think engine map helped him gain easier because the redbulls are not so fast on the straights. That's why he kinda slow down after the first safety car i think he had to save fuel.

If u watch vettels onboard videos, u can tell how solid his car is, he doesn't fight the car as much as Alonso does. And unlike the Ferrari, the redbull suits almost every track. Alonso made 2 mistakes going off track in brazil but that was only because he was looking for the limits, and taking risks. It's his last shot..

Both drivers had luck and pace but poor hamilton, he was left out with nothing.

Anyways gAme is over this year, a winner is a winner, and who ever becomes a champion diserves it the most.

Although Alonso hasn't had the best car, the car isn't anywhere as terrible as people make it out to be. Qualifying performance hasn't been any good but race pace has been up there. Alonso has been able to push like crazy without any aggressive tire wear and Massa was on Sunday fast enough to challenge for victory if his job had not been to block for Alonso.

Like I said before, Vettel has been lucky to have a very competitive car while Alonso has been lucky not to have suffered much bad luck. It looks even to me.
