Cayenne Buying a used Cayenne 2012 Tiptronic S?

Hi all.
So I have come to a time I need to get a car for my busines and managed to find a Used Cayenne Tiptronic S from 2012 for a really great price.
It says it has full service history and it looks well taken care of in the photos. It has driven about 87k miles / 140000km.
Is that a good car to get or should I spend my money on something else, like a used E-class or maybe an Jaguar XJ?

I have not driven the car yet due to Covid and that the borders have shut down. I am just trying to figure out if I should travel later on and try it. However I have scanned the used car market and there are alot of good deals online now.
I have found some nice XJ's and E-classes aswell but I Think a Porsche would be more ractical for work and for family.
