Bet you are all excited to see and hear "Pulse" the thumping dance track by Justin Beiber and the theme to the A-Klasse's "pulse of a new generation" marketing campaign.

It will be hideous for sure. But, we already know how the car looks. And, sadly for BMW, it looks 10 times better than the 1er. They just need to mantain the Concept essence for the 3dr, and the A-Class will be the looker of the segment.

For this car Mercedes will be eyeing sales volume. BMW are in a strong position as they don't really mind whether a customer buys a 1-Series or a Mini. Both cars are complimentary and cater to consumers either looking for a performance hatch or a super economical one. Like-wise Audi has both, the A1 and A3 which serve a similar purpose as the 1er and Mini. What engine line up are we looking at for this car. Given that the Smart car failed to take off, Mercedes must surely be contemplating a low 1.4l engine? Perhaps getting an engine partnership like BMW/PSA would be a good idea.

That's why they have signed an alliance with Renault, which makes wonderful small diesel engines.

Are these posted? Interior shot as well. Btw, shouldn't the thread say "2012 MB A-Class?" :)

I don't want the B-Class interior. While it's design is ok for a MPV style vehilce, it would not suite a small sporty hatch like the A-Class. I think we'll get something different, but ofcourse largely made up of the B-class parts bin.

Proportions and architecture are spot on for this kind of car. Unfortunately I'm almost certain that the details will ruin the whole thing. I'd love to see some clean and sharp sides on this thing, as it'd be guaranteed to be hot. Some scribbles on the side and it's a write-off.

Same as K-A here, I've a terrible hunch that the details (bulbous headlights, protruding grill, fuzzy sidelines) will ruin the car looks, at least for my taste.

Scott previews the Concept A-Class interior for you. ;)

Someone inform Daimler that people old enough to drive, and especially old enough to afford a car, do not like nor associate themselves with Justin Bieber. Unless they're going the route of hoping little girls will beg their Parents to buy the car because of Justin's "involvement". Very detached Marketing. Not only that, but Biebers been cooling off in popularity for a while now (see Miley Cyrus for reference).

I think the interior will be greta if its simalar to the B class i love that interior and i think its perfect for the younger market...

It`s teaser. It gives you clues about the styling. This car will rock it`s segment. It already looks incredible hot.

Looks pretty promising. There are cars that look ugly even with camo on, some that are harder to determine, and others that are just lookers even with them on. If M-B can get the details right with this one, they'll have a winner on their hands.
