If Hyundai were proud of their products, how come they chose to hide their logo on the Genesis and now this? This one doesn't even have a logo on the trunk.
I think some of you guys are a bit confused. This thing isn't ripping off German cars as much as it's ripping of the current Lexus LS. Sure, there are few design cues here and there, but most of them are Bentley-ish.
A cheaper S-Class is a second hand S-Class.
OMG!This thing is f#ckLY!

Firstly, this car was primarily created for the Korean/Asian market, much like Toyota would create exclusive luxury sedans (like the Crown) just for the Japanese market.
It will be interesting to see how well it will be received by the U.S. Market. Then again everyone is still pinching pennies, so Hyundai might have a good chance. Just wish they put it other another company though. Build their own lexus or something. To many different cars under one brand seems rather odd.
It think it is just a matter of time before they do, but they're cars won't measure up. Too much too fast. This Equus is going to flop around like a fish out of water, 60K for a funny looking Hyundai? I don't think so.

I'd never spend more than 30k for a Hyundai. Anything more than that, and I'd buy an entry level MB or BMW.
