I have to admit thats a sweet looking 7er....

Silver is fine and as said, it reveals every curve. Most cars will be silver and black so it is representative

But the color is quite bland...it would be interesting to see the 5er in an exciting color.

If F10 can show all of its design languages well in bland color, then we will have no problem liking it in more exciting colors. It's easier for people to find design flaws than being blind sighted by exciting color.
