All these cars have the same engine - the 2.0 litre engine with 200 hp!

Which car would you choose?!

So here we go again, after this poll was a victim of the germancarforum crash. :D

Why all the cars are from Vag ? :D
I choose another option: Honda Civic Type R.

Why Japanese are so obsessed with Bhp per Litre?

Seriously, it's all very nice to get 100 Bhp/L from a normally aspirated 2.0 16V I-4-cylinder engine. But what about the torque? What about fuel consumption? What about smoothness?

You can call me a square if you like, but I much rather have a smooth 2.0 16V Turbo with "only" 170 Bhp (like the one in the Vauxhall Vectra SRi) that is plenty of torque, than a high-revving 2.0 16V normally aspirated engine which needs to be worked hard on the gears to finally develop the power.

I drove the old Honda Civic Type-R and I pretty much hated it.

Handling was (very) good, but everything else was rubbish.

Driving position was very Ford Transit-like, ride was painfully harsh, uncomfortable seats, engine was loud and noisy, but for me the worst thing about it, it was the lack of torque on low revs. Not a good car to drive around town or cruise along the motorway.

I dare to say, the old Civic Type-R it is one of the worst cars I have ever driven.

Man pushing hard is why we enjoy Rpms and so Atmo engines. :)

I am the A4 car type guy, so a black A4 would be great for me!

GTI. It suits this car best with DSG, 4 seats and a history to be proud of. A perfect combination.

This engine is pimped heavily by the VW group I see. It has no place in the A4 Cabriolet though, read SLOW. My choice for this engine is the U.S. Jetta GLI.

I want one of these, but will likely have to settle for the 2.5 I5 model.
