Where are all the damn things? What a terrible launch, much worse than when the PS2 came out. It's like system was never launched if you walk in a Best Buy (it was like walking were a bomb went off in the 360 section), all they have is their display unit which ironically doesn't work. No periphials or games to be seen at all throughout the store. I have the money ready but it looks like the PS3 will be out before I can even get my hands on one. Great job Mircrosoft you managed to get everyone and their mothers to want a 360 and you fail to deliver the goods...literally.

When I was at Best Buy they had a ton of peripherals, especially extra controllers. I didn't ask if they had the system as I just assumed they wouldn't have any.

ps3 might not be out until november 2006......i read it on a site a few weeks ago! i wouldnt be surprised, look how long it took the rest of the world to get the PSP after it was released in japan...

I've already bought all of the launch games I want. I got a Best Buy gift card for Christmas but I'm waiting for some new games to come out in January to use the gift card.

ps3 might not be out until november 2006......i read it on a site a few weeks ago! i wouldnt be surprised, look how long it took the rest of the world to get the PSP after it was released in japan...

The whole PSP thing pissed people off. It didn't land i Europe until 4-6 months after the US/Japanese launch. Sony even tried to sue companies who were importing it to Europe. It't definitly not impossible that the PS3 won't be sold in Aurope until the end of 06.

I'm waiting for new games as well... my Xbox hasn't been on at all for a week now, and this is considering it's Christmas break. It's a shame really. I finished Call of Duty 2 way earlier than I expected.

The PSP Nov rumor really sucks, its a shame but i guess it is what it is, as for Xbox 360 the lack of games does suck... too bad, everytime i walk inot Bestbuy there are so few games you can get, and tons of useles peripherals.

i think even the US launch was like a few months after japan....i got my psp 6 months early lol, chinese friend! and i saved almost 50% and even the game box is english, the only foreign thing was the guarantee card ha
