They never seem to make them keep it up for very long - 7:10 previous WR. It's like in the dumbbell press, they never hold that up long either. Or in squats where they bounce the weights off the stops at the bottom and never quite make full depth, it's Strongman not powerlifting.I don’t even think he had it up for even a second before it was down, it’s piss poor judging, it would be be counted in only lifting.
